Who we are
AVNOA LLC ("AVNOA", "we") is a product development, manufacturing and branding company at 16385 Biscayne Blvd, Unit 3102, North Miami Beach, Florida 33160, USA. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through www.avnoa.co, our contact and free-call forms, and our ads and lead forms on Facebook and Instagram.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, phone number or WeChat ID, company, and what you tell us about your project or idea. This includes answers you submit through a Facebook or Instagram lead form.
Information collected automatically: pages you visit, device and browser type, approximate location and referral source, collected through cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
To reply to your request and schedule calls; to prepare proposals and deliver services you ask for; to send you information about AVNOA services you asked about; to measure and improve our website and ads, including showing AVNOA ads to people who visited our site; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Your idea stays confidential
We treat project details you share with us as confidential and use them only to evaluate and work on your project. We can sign an NDA before you share detailed or sensitive information. Please don't put sensitive technical details in a first web inquiry.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run our business: FormSubmit (delivers website form messages to our inbox), Google (analytics and email), Meta Platforms (ads, Pixel and lead forms), and our hosting provider Vercel. When you start a project, we share only what is needed with the factories, designers or independent patent attorneys involved, and with your permission. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and ads
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use cookies to understand site traffic and ad results. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and control the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as the project and any legal or accounting requirements need. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by emailing avner@avnoa.co. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as required by law.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
International visitors
We are based in the United States and work with partners in China and other countries. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. and, where needed for your project, shared with partners abroad.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
